Selecting individuals is the first step in any other choice we make, including that of the end consumer for your brand.
We personally conduct the entire recruitment process, without relying on agencies, but on our own instincts within the official search channels and on the recommendation of the people who work with us, including our clients. We also invest in self-promotion via social media.
The selection process goes through several steps: pre-selection, an internal personal and professional evaluation interview. Finally, after gathering all the necessary information about the candidate, we present him/her to you and guide you in your final choice.
Background, skills, expertise, track record are parameters that we consider fundamental and we give feedback for each activity analysed. But personal characteristics, potential and history also contribute to the assessment.
